BaronHR is wanting you to join the team! We are looking for a bilingual and non-bilingual Master Control Operator for a Christian Television Network in the Bedford area.

Duties:

Sets up, operates, controls and monitors automation for multiple network, local and remote broadcast feeds. This individual monitors and reports on transmitter operations for multiple stations and ingests programs and promotion content for air.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-channel play-out automation
• Monitor remote automation systems
• Monitor various satellite feeds
• Monitor multiple transmitter sites via remote control
• Ingest new material
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Be able to sit for long periods
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask
• Quick thinking and problem skills are essential

• High School diploma
• Society of Broadcast Engineers Certification a plus
• If You do not have the above Certification must be able to obtain within 6 months (we will provide study materials)

Schedule for positions as follows:

1st shift 8am – 5:00 pm

2nd shift 2pm – 10:30 pm

3rd shift 12 midnight – 830am

Pay Rate $20.00 - $22.00 DOE-Depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Bilingual: 1 year (Required)
• Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
