We are partnered with a global manufacturing company in their search for an Associate Controller. This role provides competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and room for growth with relocation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, oversee, and execute accounting, reporting, and internal control activities.
• Report directly to the Controller and serve as a backup for various roles in the finance department.
• Coordinate and execute accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, cost accounting, tax, and inventory management.
• Lead the implementation, communication, and interpretation of accounting and financial policies, GAAP compliance, control and system improvements.
• Supervise audit processes to ensure proper internal controls are maintained.
• Train, develop, and provide growth opportunities for finance department team members.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the production environment and be the financial liaison with the division management team.
• Contribute to developing team members from all departments and be a part of the division leadership team.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for further leadership responsibilities now and in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
