Our client is looking for a Controller out of IT consulting that has:Experience working with IT Projects
Hands on working experience as this is a working Controller type role
System implementation experience a plus
This is a hybrid role, you will need to be in the office in Connecticut a couple times a week given it is a leadership role.
Assist in reviewing Statement of Work and suggest strategic changes.
Provide financial projections and accounting services/operations and prepare growth plans through revenue recognitions and staff direction.
Explore and update existing accounting systems/software.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting; manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
