Salary Range: $74,407 - $128,788

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

• Provide for the facilitation, training, coordination, and technical assistance related to instructional/ administrative employee assessment, evaluation, Performance Development Plans, Performance Improvement Plans due process, and relevant Florida Statutes.
• Provide for in-service training for administrators in the development of Performance Development/ Improvement Plans for instructional and administrative employees, due process as it relates to employee assessment, and employee performance issues.
• Develop and maintain a database for the purpose of complying with due process issues as they relate to employee performance.
• Serve as liaison between the district level and the school-based level regarding employee performance issues.
• Provide on-site assistance to administrators regarding due process, contractual compliance issues, and the development of employee performance goals and objectives.
