Primary Purpose:
Reading interventionists will work extensively with students to help them improve specific reading skills such as letter-naming, initial sounds, phoneme segmentation, and comprehension strategies that will contribute to their academic growth. The Interventionist will also address the specific needs of a particular child when regular classroom instruction is not sufficient. The Interventionist will work with the teacher to design methods of learning that are most appropriate for each child.
