This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift CPG Practice Coordinator position in the CPG Family Medicine & OB and CPG Stevensville Clinics

Coordinates the daily operations of a single or simple physician practice or service line. Ensure the operations of the practice run smoothly, regular staff meetings are held between all departments and physicians, departmental policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to, and the budget is monitored. Supervises assigned staff under the management of a practice manager or director. Oversee the retention of office and medical supplies, manage insurance and patient aging sheets, and handle patients within the office.

Minimum Required: AA degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment supporting one or more Physicians. Demonstrated experience working directly with the Physician as it relates to the operations of the practice.
