POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for providing excellent and timely service of customers. Ensures all safety and security processes are followed. Maintains reports and spreadsheets related to activities in CPU, and the warehouse. Develops and implements departmental policies and procedures and ensures that all operations are in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures. Keeps Senior Management well informed of area activities and significant problems.
KEY DELIVERABLES
REPRESENTATIVE JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensures quality customer service at the CPU office
- Run all reports for shop
Team members are completing assigned projects
- Run and match up all labels for returns from delivery for that day.
Open communications between management and warehouse office team
- Responsible for making sure that transfers are all picked. This includes shorts and unallocated orders.
Ensures customer orders are verified and accounted for before loading on customer vehicle
- Maintain fuel log
Security measures are being followed at all times, no exceptions
- Record all FedEx and UPS deliveries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
1. Assumes responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of effective facilities, policies, procedures, and planning.
2. Assumes responsibility for the effective operation of Kane’s facilities.
3. Assumes responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective administration of office operations.
4. Assumes responsibility for ensuring professional business relations with customers, stores, and other departments.
5. Effectively supervises Facilities Department personnel, ensuring optimal performance.
6. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
Additional related office or customer service management training preferred.
