About the role
Zillow Group is looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join our engaged and highly skilled creative operations team driving the connections between people, process and tools enabling productivity.
We are looking for someone who can be a trusted partner to creative leads, account/strategy and project managers as well as across the marketing organization. This role requires a strong but caring lead who is invested in the success of the team and sets the bar high.
Lead ongoing implementation of our operating model, by:
- Partnering with cross functional teams to develop key process improvements such as prioritization, utilization read-outs, etc.
- Leading retrospective discussions and document for process improvements.
- Using your keen analytical mind for understanding how projects, people, and processes can work together for maximum efficiency.
- Managing change and creating cross functional alignment with appreciation for context, differing priorities between stakeholders, and business shifts.
- Collaborating with business leaders to develop project roadmaps and forecasts.
- Operationalizing the creation and tracking of the overall Studio budget.
- Managing training and conference opportunities, award submissions and celebrating wins.
- Bringing current knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Who you are
- 8+ years of creative operational experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate results and priorities to stakeholders at all levels and visualize complex information.
- Extensive experience working with creative teams and an understanding of how to get the best output from a creative studio.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Able to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- A solution-oriented problem solver who loves enabling process improvements.
- Infectious creativity, caring, and curiosity, with a reputation for positive influence.
