Compliance Specialists for Rock Medical Group are responsible for obtaining the required paperwork for RMG Travelers going to work in Client facilities, ensuring the Traveler is compliant per RMG and Client requirements. The Compliance Specialist maintains frequent communication with the Traveler, and guides them through the new hire process, including notifying both the Traveler and the Sales Team of any missing or expiring Traveler documents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Live our RMG's values in every aspect of your work life
• Assist new starts in the hire flow process
• Complete new hire files for external employees, and assure JCO compliance
• File external employee records and compliance items, and monitor credential expiration dates
• Provide open, honest and effective communication with the Sales Team, Billing/Payroll and Travelers about needed and missing/expired items
• Assist in meeting all Client requirements by requesting additional specs and questions on specs with the Client
• Be responsible for VMS uploads
• Verify state licenses and other certifications
• Order drug tests and other immunizations
• Be a TEAM PLAYER - help where and when you can for the benefit of the team
