Responsibilities:
As the Credit Balance Specialist for Community Health Partners, you will be responsible for analyzing patient insurance credit balances from encounter to resolution, including requesting refunds. Community Health Partners - part of Community Health System - helps primary care physicians and specialists manage their practices. Collaboratively with your team, you will manage an assigned group of patient accounts receivables, all while monitoring resultant findings and reports for management.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
2 years of financial services, account resolution, billing, collections or relevant experience required
