In this role you will provide community-based services to children and families who may have difficulty engaging in formal office settings but can benefit from home and/or community based rehabilitative services.

Crisis Response (CPST) Child Services Providers will use their skills to:

• Initiate contact, develop treatment plans and provide services to identified youth including counseling, intermediate term crisis management, and rehabilitative psychoeducation for child, families and other collaterals.
• Provide services in a trauma informed, culturally and linguistically competent manner.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner and meet Agency productivity standards.

Qualifications for a CPST Provider are:

• Bachelor's degree and three years applicable experience in children's mental health, addiction, and/or foster care/child welfare/juvenile justice or other related human services field (and no certification in Evidence Based Practice) OR
• Bachelor's degree and certification in an Evidence Based Practice consistent with the CPST component being delivered OR
• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related human services field, plus one year of applicable experience or certification in an Evidence Based Practice (may include Registered Professional Nurse with one year of behavioral health experience, Licensed Occupational Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist to the extent they are operating under the scope of their license)
