GEICO's Customer Relationship Management Team (CRM) is looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Architect to join the team to help develop and support Marketing, Sales, and Financial Service Cloud applications in a fast paced and high energy Agile development environment. As a Salesforce Architect, you will work in a highly collaborative environment interfacing with Salesforce developers, Scrum masters to deliver critical Salesforce solutions for GEICO. Specifically, drive CRM BDD automation framework and tool development in support of CRM Workstream testing strategy as well as create, maintain, execute automated testing solutions.
Requirement Qualifications:
5 years of active coding development on Force.com platform utilizing Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL & UI Tools
3+ years in Salesforce Architecture and server-based system architecture
Strong understanding of REST architecture, working knowledge of SOAP
Expertise with Asynchronous, Batch, Scheduled and Dynamic flavors of Apex
Previous Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Knowledge / application of structured Salesforce repeatable deployment processes and best practices
Strong technical, analytical, time management, training, and presentations skills
Ability to recognize problems, gather data, draw valid conclusions, and effectively present information to managers, peers, and customers.
Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people, strong communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in any Salesforce methodologies
BS/ MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Senior Salesforce Architect/Developer will drive the implementation of BDD framework and its utilization across the Salesforce organization.
Primary duties include working with the Workstream teams and, proposing solutions that meet their needs and implementing end-to-end solutions.
Experience in providing program oversight and technical architecture for salesforce.com applications.
Excellent analytical, technology, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
The Senior Software Architect/Developer will develop according to a formalized SDLC (Agile), respond to questions or issues from users throughout the company and resolve technical and functional support issues.
Additional tasks may include developing automation scripts, training other technology or product personnel on new features and functionality.
Use Visualforce, Apex, Java, JavaScript, JSON and other technologies to build customized solutions that support critical business functions.
Concept, analyze and collaborate on architecture decisions to enable global scalable solutions.
Produce technical analysis, create estimates, and manage your and other developers' work to align with project timelines.
Initiate a peer review process to ensure submitted application code follows high-quality best practices.
Collaborate with members of the project team and business owners to design, develop, unit test, and provide post-release support
Work in a hybrid Agile environment with a focus on iterative design method
Design advanced reports, dashboards, and portals in Specflow and other business intelligence tool.
Administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, Salesforce, and user and security settings.

Annual Salary
$82,000.00 - $185,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
