POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative
RESPONSIBILITY: This position works alongside sales department to act as a liaison, take orders, provide service information, answer questions, and resolve any problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, targeting customer high satisfaction
DEPARTMENT: Sales Department
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Full-Time,
Sunday-Thursday Start 10:00am Friday-Saturday - Occasional
DRESS CODE: Casual Attire
PAY STRUCTURE: Weekly hourly pay rate plus bi-monthly 1% commission of gross profit of sale.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage large amounts of calls, outgoing and incoming
- Accurate order taking, credit, refunds, and exchanges
- Handle and take sales orders for walk-ins or over the phone
- Build sustainable relationship & trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Answer customer questions and inquiries, provide product and service information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow through
- Assist sales reps/department with prospecting, new customer onboarding, payment collections, and upselling
- Inform customers of promotions, updates and significant events
- Meet team sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent high satisfaction service to customers
- Monitor and communicate customer account status with appropriate parties
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Email
- Bilingual – Spanish & English (required)
- Exhibit good decision making, problem solving, demonstrate great communication, organizational skills and detailed-oriented.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
