Mountainside Counseling Services is a trauma-informed, accepting and affirming clinic, working with clients across the age span. We are looking to grow our team, and have openings for Associate level or Fully licensed therapists.

What is different about Mountainside Counseling Services? We place importance on an employee's wellbeing and self care, which allows for self directed schedules and case loads. Therapists are giving choice regarding the client's they want to see, how many hours they would like to work, and what they would like their schedule to look like.

Responsibilities:

• Working with individual clients complete a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan
• Provide individual sessions for clients
• Complete necessary paperwork including evals, session notes and treatment plans

Compensation:

• $40 per session for associate level 1st year
• $45 per session for associate level 1+ years with the company
• $55 per session for fully licensed therapists
