The City of Caldwell has an opening for a Custodian/Building Maintenance Technician in the Caldwell Police Department. Individual performs a variety of physical tasks to ensure proper cleaning and routine maintenance of Caldwell Police facilities. Subject to pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and background check.
Acceptable Experience and Training:
- Graduate from high school or possession of GED certification; and
- At least two (2) years of experience performing maintenance or custodial related duties; or
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform work.
- Possession of a current and valid driver’s license.
- May be required to obtain bonding approval from City’s insurance provider.
- May be subject to overtime.
