Join our team of customer service experts in the glass hardware industry. As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to identify their needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements. You will drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and chat channels.
As a Customer Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to maintain a broad knowledge of our clients, products, and services, and use this expertise to conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide valuable guidance on the use of our products.
With every customer interaction, you will listen attentively to their needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. You will accurately process orders via phone, email, fax, and in-person, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. You will also receive and process payments, maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.
At the heart of our business is building relationships with our customers. You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain these relationships, providing a clear definition and understanding of their service requirements and expectations. With prompt and courteous communication, you will respond to all inquiries, both internal and external, and go the extra mile to engage customers, adapt and respond to different types of customer requirements or requests.
Your attention to detail and documentation will be vital, as you will document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. You will also maintain customer accounts, file important documents, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
- High School Degree or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of related experience is required; 2 or more years of experience and Customer success or a combination of experience and education is highly preferred.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Articulate, persuasive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Point of Sales(POS), and CRM softwares
- Able to use effective and probing questioning and listening techniques to identify customer needs.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and thirst for knowledge.
- Demonstrates ownership, high-energy, and team player-can-do attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, a strong sense of urgency, and commitment to excellence.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time office position, with regular hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, we are a dynamic and growing company, and there may be times when additional hours are required to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
