We are currently hiring for our Customer Retention Department. The CR department is responsible for helping our Sales and Service Department keep in touch with new & current customers. They will do this by reaching out to new leads, new customers, and current/previous customers by text/phone. This position will require the use of pre-recorded video to welcome, thank, or inform our customers. We strive to give our new customers the best experience. We want our current customers to continue to come back and new customer to be excited to do business with us.

The person's that will excel in this role will have big personalities and be very outgoing. They will have to be comfortable being on and talking on camera! The gift of gab is great in this position!

Other duties include but are not limited to, taking photos of inventory to post on our website, inputting information into a CRM system, helping with and posting to our social media platforms.

Requirements:

-Must be reliable

-Must be punctual

-Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

-Must be able to pass drug and background check

-Must be willing to learn how to properly record and edit video

All new hires are subject to a 30 day probationary period where tardiness and insubordination will result in termination of employment.

Store Hours are Tues-Frid. 9-6 & Sat. 9-4

Position Hours are Tues-Frid. 9-3 & Sat. 9-12

This position will require overtime and after-hours availability regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
