Located in Draper, Safe Home Direct is an exciting, rapidly growing home automation and security company seeking some fun, ambitious employees to share in our thriving company. Safe Home has been in business for over 26 years and is the 6thlargest residential security company nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and increase customer loyalty.

· Identify customer needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with the company.

· Maintain customer account information, including contact details, billing information, and other relevant data.

· Work closely with the sales representatives to ensure that all new customers are set up correctly in a timely manner.

· Communicate with customers through various channels, such as email, and phone.

· Maintain confidentiality of all data and follow data entry procedures and protocols.

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

· Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from team members regarding data entry.

· Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures.

Requirements

· Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.

· 1+ years of experience in customer retention or a similar role

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Good communication skills.

· Must have independent transportation.

· Call center or customer experience is preferred but not required.

· High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Ability to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
