ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries and responsible for servicing and managing sales orders.
- Process customer orders through the order to cash cycle in an accurate and timely manner. This includes but is not limited to
- purchase order review and entry, generation of order related documentation for internal / external use.
- Daily review of open order reports to ensure On-Time In Full performance targets are met.
- Problem resolution, troubleshooting and a proactive, highly detailed skill set is crucial to this customer service roll.
- Extensive communication interaction via written or verbal methods with both internal and external customers.
- Additional responsibilities may include supporting the commercial team with sales analysis, creating sales quotes, distribute and follow up on customer surveys and other general sales support projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years in a Customer Service - preferred within the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to multi-task, time management and detail-oriented aptitude

Organized and problem solver mind set
- Professional, engaging demeanor, able to forge relationships with customers, coworkers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM and ERP knowledge a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment.
- Occasional exposure within a factory / manufacturing setting.
- Occasional travel to other corporate locations.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
