A small shipping company in North Chelmsford near Lowell is looking for Customer Service \ Office Help.
It's a friendly environment. Starting pay is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on the experience . You are guaranteed 30 hours a week.
Working Hours: 9:00 or 10:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We are flexible on working hours.
Job Description:
•Answering phone calls.
•Emailing out quotes.
•Making out invoices.
•Verifying the packages delivered.
•Packing small packages.
•Physically being able to move at least 40 pounds.

Skills and Knowledge Required:
● Some office knowledge is needed.
● Basic Computer skills required are: Familiar with Outlook Email, Office Word, and Excel.
● Basic knowledge of Social media Apps (WhatApps and Facebook) is a plus.
