Now hiring for a customer service representative/receptionist. Spherion of Erie currently has clerical opportunities available to support our local customer in Millcreek.

• Monday through Friday; 8am - 4:30pm
• No weekends or Holidays
• Temp to hire position in 90 days (meeting hiring criteria)
• $15 per hour to start - increase upon hire by client

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and handle incoming calls
• Empathetic and professional demeanor
• Greet visitors with a smile
• Type and process estimates and correspondence to clients and customers
• Prepare paperwork
• Conduct follow-up calls with customers
• Scheduling of service vehicles and technicians
• Maintain timely communication with technicians, providers, and customers

Must Haves:

• Experience in customer service
• Dedicated transportation - bus route not accessible
• High school diploma or GED
• Superior oral and written communication skills- You will be the main person someone is speaking with.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft office, word, excel, and other.
• Good multi-tasking and organization skills; self-reliant and good problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Nice to Haves:

• Secretary/Receptionist experience
