Watershed Car Wash – San Angelo, TX

Watershed Car Wash is a NEW brand of Texas car washing earning the award of “Top 100 Companies to work for” three years in a row. We are the recipient of this award because we believe in building a strong culture. Our new Abilene site is currently looking for individuals that have a high capacity for customer service and serving others. Our desire is to create opportunities for career growth within our company as our locations are rapidly increasing in Texas.

The CSR's primary role is to serve our teammates and our customers in the day-to-day operations of our express car wash. This looks like smiling/greeting every customer that comes on site, processing transactions, loading vehicles into the tunnel, and assisting both customers and teammates in any way possible. Compensation

Compensation is $12.00 + COMMISSIONS, most of our employees average an additional $2 per hour when considering their commission. Our best sales associates are currently on pace to make between $50,000 to $70,000 a year between commissions and hourly rate. Advancement through our Career Plan will create opportunities for additional income. Training is paid and we offer full benefits to our employees working 30+ hours a week.

-Be on your feet most of your shift, working outdoors
-Be aware and attentive to surroundings

-Be able to climb up and down ladders
-No visible tattoos
-Clean-cut appearance
-16 years old+

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages:
60% Customer Interaction
20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining)
10% Bending/Stooping/Twisting/Lifting
10% Opening/Closing Procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
