BILINGUAL SPANISH P&C INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP or INSURANCE AGENT
$41,600 - $60,000 base salary; Medical Insurance; Paid Vacation & Holidays; “Sign-On Bonus!”
Also - weekly commissions for sales if licensed insurance agent in CT
- REQUIRED: FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SPANISH, EXCELLENT VERBAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS, OVER PHONE, EMAIL & TEXT
- ABILITY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS IN BOTH LANGUAGES
- REQUIRED: PREVIOUS AUTO INSURANCE "P&C" AGENCY EXPERIENCE
- COMPUTER & TYPING SKILLS (EMAILS, WORD DOCUMENTS, TEXTING CLIENTS)
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL; ACCURACY IN COMMUNICATION IS ESSENTIAL
- STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL & TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- ABILITY TO ADAPT TO CHANGING PRIORITIES & AGENCY NEEDS

- MAKE OUT-GOING CALLS, EMAILS & TEXTS TO CUSTOMERS, INSURANCE COMPANY PERSONNEL, BANKS, CAR DEALERS & OTHERS
- PROCESS CUSTOMER POLICY CHANGE REQUESTS / PROCESS ENDORSEMENTS
- COMMUNICATE WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES TO ENSURE CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS ADDRESSED
- ACCURATELY EXCHANGE INFORMATION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS & INSURANCE COMPANIES
- STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS; REMAIN CALM & PROFESSIONAL UNDER PRESSURE
- STAY INFORMED ON INSURANCE COMPANIES’ CHANGES IN PAYMENT PLANS, NEW PRODUCT OFFERINGS, ETC.
- COMMUNICATE OVER PHONE & EMAILS INSURANCE COMPANIES’ PERSONNEL (UNDERWRITERS, CLAIMS, ETC), BANKS, CAR DEALERS, LEAD SOURCES, ETC.
- PERFORM OTHER JOB-RELATED DUTIES AS DIRECTED
- OFFER IDEAS / RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
- UTILIZE VARIOUS INSURANCE COMPANY WEBSITES TO PROCESS CUSTOMERS’ PAYMENTS, ENDORSEMENTS / CHANGES TO POLICIES, ETC
- ASSIST IN CREATING CLIENT FILES & FILING
- ASSIST IN EXCEL DATA ENTRY OF SALES INFO
- PUNCTUAL TO WORK - WITH RELIABLE, CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE

- EXPERIENCE QUOTING, SELLING, CROSS-SELLING, EXPLAINING AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGES
