Expected Shift: Day 5x8-Hour 8AM – 4:30PM
Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative's primary job function is to promote favorable relationships with members, providers, and health plans through the prompt, accurate and courteous resolution of issues including but not limited to the following: authorization processing, claim research, coordinating translation services, and Primary Care Provider changes
Requirements:
Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
This particular client is requiring that all new hires show proof of vaccination. However, accommodations may be made for those with disabilities or religious reasons who cannot obtain a vaccine.

- H.S Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, medical group, health insurance or other RBO
- Knowledge of medical terminology to include ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and HCPC codes
- Computer skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and data entry systems
