Champion Container Corp is a growing distribution company of industrial packaging supplies (drums, pails, and bottles). We are currently seeking an individual with customer service experience and excellent communication skills for a full-time customer service position.
Our ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and good computer skills as well as a professional demeanor, flexibility, and reliability. Two years of customer service experience is preferred. This position is ideal for a confident self-starter who is searching for a career with a great company.
We provide an excellent salary and a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with experience and abilities. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM pm. No overtime or weekend requirements.
Interacts with customers to provide information about products and services, take orders, or document complaints- Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
- Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions
- Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Two years of customer service experience preferred- Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Professional demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly reliable and dependable
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding phone skills
- Good computer and internet skills required
- Experience with CRM or other customer service software a plus
