A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER

As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. First and foremost, you act as a dispatcher. You receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians. Working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You always keep clients updated and informed throughout the process. Additionally, you perform general customer service and perform basic office duties as needed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians as well as keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!

Experience as a dispatcher is a plus. Familiarity with the HVAC industry would also be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person!
