This position is a frontline customer service position at a fast-paced medical equipment supplier. Duties include data entry, over-the-phone and in-person customer service, learning and understanding our clientele, verifying benefits, explaining various pieces of medical equipment to patients, etc. Excellent customer service, both verbal and written, are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
