This position is 100% onsite located in Timmonsville, SC
Shift: M-F 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $20/hr

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Effective time management and maintained focus to prioritize customer requests and resolutions
  • Review brand loyalty while focusing on overall customer satisfaction
  • Provide customers with Honda’s position based on facts and gathered information from all involved parties
  • Utilize all negotiation tools and skills to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution to promote repurchase intent
  • Review customer goodwill requests on a case-by-case basis
  • Make phone calls to customers and dealers

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative?

Daily Tasks:
  • Review, research, assess, manage and resolve product-related cases in a timely and efficient manner
  • Effectively communicate and follow-up with customers, dealerships, field personnel and all levels of management
  • Provide customers with Honda’s position based on facts and gathered information from all involved parties
  • Utilize all negotiation tools and skills to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution to promote lifetime owner loyalty.
  • Accurately capture and document customer information to capture the Voice of the Customer and ensure all TREAD coding is accurate and in compliance with TREAD requirements

What you need to be successful in the role?
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Powersports related systems knowledge (warranty, product, field and dealer operations)
  • Proficient in computer systems, Interactive Network (iN), Salesforce (CRRS), CICS and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be professional, courteous and empathetic on the phone with customers
  • Must use precise documentation
Desired Skills:
Powersports technical/mechanical aptitude is a plus
Knowledge of dealer sales and service operations
Call center environment experience is a plus
