Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints via computer and phone
· Provide information about the products and services
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
· One plus year of computer and phone experience in customer service, or other related fields
· Friendly phone voice
· Minimum typing speed of 60+ WPM
· Excellent grammar
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive and professional demeanor
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· The integrity to do what's right when no one is watching
· Positive. Happy. Focused. Naturally pleasant demeanor
· Completely dependable and reliable
· Must be willing to commit to working for 6+ months
