Job Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Union, IL 60180

Pay Rate: $14.50/hr

Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Description:

Come work for an award-winning leading printed-bag supplier in the promotional products industry at a facility in Union, IL. Established in 1980, we are seeking an entry-level customer service representative to work Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer phone calls or emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide quotes to customers.
• Complete electronic forms.
• Implement additional projects as assigned by management.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications and Requirements

• Type 30 to 40 words per minute.
• Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions and effectively express ideas verbally and in writing.
• Work with a variety of skilled/unskilled, professional, and administrative personnel.
• Knowledgeable about office administration, multi-line telephone systems, and computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
