OTR-Dispatch/Customer Service Agent

We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:

PrideStaff has several clients in the Logistics field who are seeking to add to their teams, with front line Dispatchers -- the key Customer Service role within the Transportation industry.

This requires people who love serving others, who can handle issues in a professional way, providing the connection between truckers and their client or dispatching a repair or towing service to solve an issue.

These positions receive inbound calls and make outbound calls. You are following procedures to properly solve their issue.

Entry pay ranges from $16.00 - $19/hr . (plus commission once hired on)

Ideal Previous Experience --

- Worked in a Call Center - Customer service experience

- Multi-tasker

- Strong Data Entry Accuracy and Typing Skills (40+ Words Per Minute)

- Ability to handle several cases at once, professional demeanor and attitude
