24 Hour Lock and Key is a locksmith company based in Portland, Oregon, and we are looking for a dispatcher to join our growing team. This is a remote position, however the candidate will need to be based in the greater Portland OR area, to be available for occasional meetings and training. We are looking for someone to dispatch Monday through Friday, 4pm PST to 10pm PST.

We are looking for someone who is extremely organized with outstanding customer service skills, who is comfortable working under tight deadlines. Many of our customers need immediate service, requiring you to be comfortable working under pressure and to have the ability to think on your feet.

We are a rapidly growing company, and this role has the potential for upward growth and expansion.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Answering and managing the company phone
• Communicating with clients and co-workers both verbally and in writing
• Inputting customer data into the company CRM system
• Issuing invoices and receipts to customers
• Scheduling jobs and inputting into calendar

Qualifications:

• Friendly attitude and outstanding customer service
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong writing and grammar skills
• Excellent organization skills. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and willing to work under tight deadlines.
