- Place special orders for customers
- Provide support to the Outside Sales Representatives
- Deliver exceptional service to customers and Sales Representatives
Skills:
- Customer service skills
- Data entry skills and proficient with 10-key
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related experience in a call center
