Customer Service Representative with QuickBooks | $23-25/hour | Mahwah, NJ

Job Description:

Our client in Mahwah, NJ is looking for a customer service representative. In this role, the customer service representative will be expected to enter orders within 24 hours, communicate with customers mainly through email, process customer orders and handle process from start to finish. The company is a sells security technology such as intercoms, outside cameras, etc..

Responsibilities:

· Enter orders within 24 hours, communicate with customers mainly through email - phone use is rare

· Process customer orders and handle process from start to finish

· Salesforce experience is very helpful, they will train on similar software

· Team player, attention to detail, ability to multitask

· able to work in a mostly email communication setting

· QuickBooks (AP/AR) and Fishbowl. Fishbowl is 80% used and will fully replace QuickBooks for them (will train on software)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service
• Proficient in QuickBooks, Salesforce, Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
• Written communication skills
• Express issues standardized software testing.
• You may be expected to complete a typing evaluation or excel testing depending on the job requirements.
