One the biggest energy providers in Texas, needs an energetic, driven customer care representative for immediate hire in Houston, TX. *We're conducting interviews for an immediate start!

There is a variety of available shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday- Friday. In addition to a competitive base pay rate, you will enjoy an upbeat work environment and a robust performance incentives system.

Here's what you can expect as a Customer Care Representative:

• Comprehensive Paid Training
• Generous monthly commission structure ($200 - $300 monthly on top of base pay)

As a Customer Care Representative, you will take calls from current residential customers, answer their questions, and upsell additional services to benefit their needs.

Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and retaining customers
• Taking payments
• Upselling
• Promoting additional services and special deals
• Establishing a connection with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs
• Maintaining a database of existing customers
• Working together with a friendly, supportive team to meet shared goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales functions, preferred (ex: retail sales associate, receptionist, call center agents)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English fluency) Preferred
• Excellent phone manners and a friendly attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and match needs to solutions
• Ability to work any shift between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday- Friday (no weekends)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
