We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a company located in El Paso, TX.Start Date: 10/17/2022
Hours of Operation: 7am-6pm
Training Schedule 9am-5:30pm (Mountain / El Paso)
- NO TIME OFF ALLOWED during training
Pay: $16 base pay PLUS $4.23 fringe benefits / hr. (up to 40 hours per week, this will not apply to Overtime hours)
- 11 Federal Reserve Paid Holidays
The Phone Support will take inbound calls, resolve issues and do some appointment setting.
Ideal traits: - reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor, attitude, and presentation - outstanding customer service experience.
Individuals with experience within administrative support and customer service are highly encouraged to apply.
