IntelliRide, by Transdev, provides the coordination of non-emergency medical transportation across the country. The IntelliRide Reservationist is considered our front-line staff and therefore we seek professional-minded individuals with excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from recipients who need transportation to/from medical appointments
- Provides customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessary
- Answer general questions related to transportation benefits
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED required
- One or more years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Punctual with an emphasis on attendance
- Must work in the Pearl City, HI office
