Global Transloading, Customer Service/Sales Representatives have the responsibility of acquiring new customers and achieving ambitious goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing customer relationships and locating deals, Customer Service/Sales Representatives play a fundamental role in the success of our trucking & construction services.

Global Transloading is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Professional in the Los Angeles area. This role will focus on full-service trucking & disposal solutions which include, trucking, disposal, C&D recycling, flatbed trucking, super 10 trucks, roll off container rentals.

Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 Per Hour, plus Comprehensive Benefit Package.

Responsibilities:

-Prospect with a "hunter" mentality via phone, internet, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking.

· Identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and calling.

· Contact and conduct initial discovery with customers via phone and email.

· Facilitate meetings, face-to-face or through virtual meeting platform.

· Collaborate, create, and present proposals for prospective customers.

· Collaborate internally with team on pricing strategy and account implementation plans.

· Maintain pipeline 40% above sales goals.

· Consult with several levels of decision-makers and influencers to understand customers’ business challenges.

· Coordinate sales effort with Norwalk operations team to meet service needs.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year’s construction or trucking experience
• 1+ year’s sales experience with record of exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Experience working with CRM software
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Driven and highly self-motivated.
• Strong logistics or machinery moving industry knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Schedule:

• Employee will be required to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, office hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.
