Do you enjoy hands-on work, interacting with customers, local travel and not being stuck at a computer all day?!? If you answered yes to these questions, come join our team as an Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist and play a key role in our success to deliver superior on-site customer service to our key accounts! This position will service customer accounts in the Central Wisconsin Region.

As an Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist you will be on-site, front-facing, at our client locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required. You will also need to respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person.

A successful candidate for this role will bring the following:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to repeatedly lift up to 30#-50# and work on your feet 50%-75% of the day

Compensation: We offer a competitive starting wage ($19.00/hour), based on experience and a bonus potential. We reimburse for mileage and steel toe shoes (up to $100 per year) and provide a clothing allowance.
