betPARX is looking for Customer Service Specialists for our Moorestown NJ Office. with excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
Our representatives act as a first point of contact for customers, providing the very best in class and service by utilizing their in-depth knowledge of our products and promotions. You will respond to customer inquiries by chat, email and telephone, delivering exceptional service
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positons. Our current hours of operation are 10am - Midnight. ALL candidates must be available to work weekends. Preference will be given to candidates who can work and flexible schedules.
The ideal candidates for this position are dependable, motivated individuals with strong communication skills, strong typing and computer skills. Online chat support experience is a plus, but not required. Call Center experience is preferred.
Must be able to type and be proficient with a computer.
What You'll Do:
- Acts as a first point of contact for customer issues, questions and requests, providing best in class client service whether it’s by phone, email or live chat.
- Handling inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and chats from customers using our Mobile and Website platforms.
- Understanding and resolving customer questions, concerns, issues, and needs.
- Providing product expertise
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using the Customer Service Admin application.
- Encourages customer participation in promotion opportunities.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service that not only meets but exceeds our Guest expectations.
- Leveraging interactions with customers playing Casino, Slot, table games and sports betting to develop and share innovative ideas which can help us improve the customer experience
- Perform related work or additional projects as required by the business including outbound calls.
What You'll Need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Must be able to type proficiently; 35 WPM preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle Guest issues with tact and poise.
- Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Easily adaptable to changing business needs and priorities
- Proficient working on a computer using multiple databases and proficient in MS Office applications.
- Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
- Has a positive attitude, and works well in a collaborative team environment.
