We are currently hiring an energetic and well-rounded Customer Resolutions Specialist to support multiple facets of the business.

This critical on-site role will primarily serve as a liaison to Customer Service, Sales, and various other teams, and function as a go-to for overall customer account questions and resolutions.

Will be able to use critical thinking, outstanding communication, and diplomatic resolution skills in a fast paced and extremely deadline-driven environment.

Must be able to work independently and with team members as well as management at all levels and have strong overall computer / systems aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Customer liaison resolving issues surrounding product orders, shipping, quality, etc.
• Complete and submit weekly open order and monthly credit reports
• Manage, maintain, and process annual, semi-annual, and quarterly rebates
• Monitor ad allowances against sales agreements
• Maintain and oversee rebate agreement renewals
• Provide backup for account questions regarding Order Entry, Customer Service and Accounts Receivables
• Monitor and maintain the show payments and annual memberships – submit for payment
• Other duties as needed within the department
