To meet its growth needs, Rocky Top Air seeks a Customer Support Specialist. This is an excellent career opportunity for an individual who wants to work in a fast-growing HVAC operation.

Prior HVAC Experience Not Necessary

Schedule: Weekdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

The strong multi-tasker will take inbound and make outbound calls to current customers in reference to scheduling and setting service appointments, manage day-to-day operations of Maintenance Agreements, in addition to entering customer data into a computer software program. This position reports to the Office Manager and requires attention to detail and highly organized.

Job Requirements

Required Credentials:

· One or more years of experience in Customer Support

· Experience in HVAC is not required

· Outstanding Customer Service and communication Skills

· Deliver a WOW Experience to all customers

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians utilizing software and tracking.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.

· Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.

· Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback designed to help you succeed.

· Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.

· High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education.

· Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.

· The ability to use general office machines.

Preferred Credentials:

· Experience in customer service and support.
