The Role
Prodapt is seeking a Customer Success Manager/Lead who has strong experience with Java/J2EE, Performance, Application monitoring. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in day to day customer/client interaction.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Include:
  • Expected to play Customer Success Manager role
  • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
  • Understand customer product features and create pitch for the product to the internal customers
  • Should have Java/J2EE, Performance, Application monitoring background. Able to understand and customize features based on customer requirements
Requirements:
The product also has AI/ML, Service now. Any experience with ML, Service now will be an added plus
