We are immediately hiring for Full Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team of incredible people!
We are looking for positive and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience, and your passion for providing exceptional customer service will contribute to our high level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive attitude, be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and enjoy talking to people daily. Our jobs require people that are very detail oriented. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily!

We have FULL TIME positions available. Full time hours are 40 hours weekly. Your workweek would consist of 4 days a week including Mondays and Saturdays working two other weekdays.
Compensation:
$16.00 an hour, with perfect attendance
Perfect Attendance is considered:
- Being on time for the start of your shift.
- Leaving and coming back on time from any break times during your shift.
- Fully completing your shift.
Rate of pay (without perfect attendance): $13.00 an hour
Training:
- We will fully train you! Training will last approximately one week.
Qualifications:
You must be available to work every Saturday.
A friendly and upbeat voice and a positive attitude
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Good grammar and spelling as well as a professional demeanor
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Punctual with great attendance
- Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
- Be a 'team player'!
