Job Title: Customer Service Agent / Technical Support

Salary: $17/hr to $30/hr

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent cum Technical Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while also providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with technical support related issues such as troubleshooting software or hardware problems, internet connectivity issues, or other technical issues.
• Work with customers to understand their issues and provide a timely and effective resolution to their problems.
• Log all customer interactions into the system to maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software and technology advancements to provide the best possible service to customers.
• Continuously improve customer service and technical skills by attending training sessions and staying current with industry developments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a technical field preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other teams within the company.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
