Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to work on-site in the Hialeah Gardens area for a large growing manufacturing plant. (This is not a remote or hybrid position)

Responsibilities:

• Submit timely responses to all inquiries.
• Provide administrative support for outside sales team.
• Handle incoming calls for the customer service.
• Process customer quotes.
• Professionally communicate with customers to provide an overall excellent experience.
• Assist with requests for technical support from customers and sales team.
• Assist with investigating and tracking customer issues and return requests.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate in English fluently.
• Must have a customer driven attitude.
• Follow written and verbal instructions correctly.
• Computer literate: working knowledge of MS products, including Word, Excel, etc.
• Organized, reliable and dependable.
• Data entry skills.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and apply new skills.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm

Pay rate: $23- $25/hr. based on experience
