We are currently seeking to hire Part-time Office Assistant for a growing Bookkeeping and Tax Consulting business. We are currently hiring at our Southwest Houston (77081) location. Interested candidates must have at least one-year experience in an office environment, possess a positive and friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and work independently. Looking for people who are organized, efficient, motivated, responsible, able to multi-task, and are detail oriented.

Duties/Responsibility:

• Data entry, General filing, Accounts Receivable/Payable.
• Answering phone calls and assisting in other office duties as needed.
• Attend customers and assist in general inquiries.
• Team-oriented; Flexible to morning or evening work hours when required.
• 25-30 hours per week. Subject to change.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must type 40 words per minute.

College Student preferred.

Knowledge of MS Office programs, Excel, Outlook preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.
