Due to a startup's ever-growing and changing culture, inVia Robotics is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk who will report to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and assist with inputting day-to-day transactions into the company's ERP system (Odoo). The ideal candidate will be an individual who is reliable and very detailed oriented.

Job Duties:

• Input transactions for all company Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) into the ERP system.
• Input transactions for all company Bank accounts into the ERP system.
• Scanning, attaching, and filing vendor bills (transitioning to paperless)
• Input vendor bills into the ERP system and clear against open Purchase Orders as time permits.
• As needed, assist with completing the new customer onboarding checklist for all new customer contracts.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by the Senior Financial Reporting Manager.

Qualities/ Skills Desired:

• Strong attention to detail
• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience required
• Takes the initiative and approaches all tasks and projects proactively
• Desire/drive to find ways to improve upon current systems and procedures
• Must be willing to learn basic accounting principles related to the job description.
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability/drive to understand our ERP system (Odoo).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Formulas).
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent field, preferred
• Effective problem-solving capabilities preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Westlake Village, CA 91362: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
