Data Entry Clerk - Entry Level
Job description
6 Month Contract
In this role, you will:
- Sort and document daily incoming mail and prepare documents for scanning.
- Assist with printing, inserting, stamping, and mailing letters.
- Assist with scanning images for claims and non-claims.
- Verbal and written communication with staff and other business associates by telephone, correspondence, or in person.
- Appropriately and directly interact with other staff members and/or outside associates.
- Operate office equipment such as computer, keyboard, mouse, ten key, telephone, headset, copy machine, scanner, and letter opening machine.
- Attend and participate in meetings via phone, computer, or in person.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Document receipt of mail/packages and deliver accordingly.
- Keep record of all mail in operations metrics log (UPS, Fed-Ex, certified mail, subpoenas, incoming lawyer letters, etc.).
- Log and track daily postage and copier usage.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 per hour

- El Dorado Hills, CA 95762: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
