Downtown Tampa dental lab seeking experienced and reliable Data Entry clerk to join our team.

Overview

The primary purpose of the position is to enter data from our customers using our lab management software system, ensuring that the records are captured accurately within the allotted time and are maintained in the prescribed manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process prescription and product information accurately into our lab management software system
• Ensure all incoming cases are entered the same day
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and time effectiveness

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in dental lab terminology preferred
• Ability to prioritize and work well alone and with others
• Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, and utilize strong decision-making skills
• Proficient computer skills

Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency
• Two years of data entry experience preferred

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour
